Dr Sandeep Naik

Dr Naik brings over 15 years of experience in psychiatry. He trained initially in India before relocating to Singapore for advanced specialist psychiatric qualifications and working as a consultant psychiatrist. He subsequently moved to New Zealand and then Australia in 2017, where he has served as a consultant psychiatrist with Gold Coast Mental Health Services.

Colleagues and patients recognise him for his patient-centred and recovery-focused approach. His international clinical experience across multiple countries has enabled him to develop cultural competency, allowing him to acknowledge the cultural aspects influencing a person’s mental health and implement holistic assessment and care strategies.
